The Urban Perch staff has been great to work with. My fiance and I are currently building our dream home with them and couldn’t be happier. Eric Rey is the owner and is very knowledgeable. He was able to provide great advice and suggestions every step of the way. Paul, the Project Manager, was on top of every detail, and kept everything running smoothly on the job site. All of the office staff was friendly and accommodating. They always had lots of patience with me and my questions. Thank you Urban Perch! Can’t wait to be in our new home!!!
