Testimonials

Urban Perch has provided an excellent home and customer support. This was my first house so I was very nervous a lot, but they put my mind at ease by answering all the questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful first house.

Within ten minutes of our new Urban Perch home, we knew it had to be ours. urban Perch built a completely unique home, with amazing spaces, contemporary charm, and high end finish throughout, that is matched only by the service and help even long after the sale with those little things we needed advise with. For quality, design and helpfulness, you cannot find a better builder than Urban Perch.

Our first home was built by Urban Perch. Before we found Urban Perch, we looked at many houses but there was something that wasn’t quite right with each house we looked at. We finally got lucky and saw one of the houses that was just finished by Urban Perch. We contacted Urban Perch for more details and we were sold once we saw the design and the floor plan of the house we were interested in. The design of the house is very modern looking and well laid out. We are very happy with our home and we were also very lucky to find Eric and Bianca since they were very friendly and professional throughout the home buying experience. Our first time home buying experience was great and any issues or concerns were addressed very quickly. Thank you Urban Perch for the wonderful house!

Thank you for being a great builder and being very in tune with our needs. Overall, the entire process with your company has been a great one and we love our house. We saw the video you did of the house prior to us moving in and I must say, it looks amazing. You do great work.

My husband and I highly recommend Urban Perch Homes! Eric and Bianca Rey, and their entire family and crew built us a beautiful home. We have been here for seven months and are truly enjoying our new home. The floor plan is creative, yet very functional. The initial changes we wanted to make to the plans were easily negotiated and incorporated; and we especially like the high quality craftsmanship in the house. We were pleased that the response, to the few minor glitches to be expected in all new homes, was always rapid — usually within a few hours; and your contractors were proficient and pleasant. We have an architect friend that confirms that this is a well-built home, and we look forward to many happy years!

Eric, one of the things we appreciate most is your integrity and trustworthiness. Those are rare qualities in the world today. You and Bianca were always a pleasure with which to work.

We have recommended you to many of our friends and family, and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your customers!
